Q : Do you really paint everything by hand?

 A: Yes. Every sneaker, bag and wall art is hand-painted by us, no prints, no shortcuts. 

      That’s what makes each piece one of a kind.

 

Q: Can I send you something personal to paint on?

 A: Please do! We love when people bring their own stories into the art, whether it’s an old jacket, a bag or even a blank wall.

 

 Q: Is it okay if I don’t know what I want painted?

 A: Totally fine. Many people come to us unsure, we just talk it out, ask a few questions and build something personal together. And you can find our form in the process of customisation.

 

Q: Do you create each piece by hand?

A: Yes. Every item is individually hand-painted using artist-grade materials. We do not use digital prints or stencils, ensuring each piece is unique.

 

Q: Can I commission custom artwork on my personal belongings?

A: Absolutely. We regularly paint on sneakers, bags, jackets, furniture and walls. Our process begins with understanding your vision, then creating a concept that reflects it.

 

Q: How long does a project take?

A: Sneakers usually take 10–15 days, while larger surfaces like walls or murals may take several weeks. Timelines are always discussed in advance.

​Q: How do you price a piece?

A: By surface, detail level and coverage. Simple motifs cost less; full illustrations cost more. Message us for an exact quote.

 

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: 50% advance, 50% on completion before dispatch/collection. UPI and bank transfer accepted.

 

Care & Durability

Q: Will the paint crack or peel?

A: We use professional leather/fabric paints and sealers. With normal wear and proper care, artwork is flex-resistant and long-lasting.

 

Q: How do I care for handpainted items?

A: Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners and machine wash. Let items air-dry—no direct heat.

 

Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you ship across India? Internationally?

A: Pan-India shipping available; international on request. Charges depend on location and weight.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: As each piece is custom-made, we can’t accept returns. If there’s a workmanship issue, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it.
