1. Sneaker Provision

Clients are required to provide their own sneakers for customization. We can also assist with suggestions or product links and have them shipped directly to our studio.

2. Pricing

Final pricing is determined by the complexity, size and detailing of the artwork.

3. Turnaround Time

Custom sneakers typically require 2 to 3 weeks from the date of design confirmation and sneaker delivery to the studio.

4. Design Process

All designs are created based on the client’s brief. We maintain close communication during the process, but some level of creative freedom is part of the final result.

5. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to delivery or pickup.

6. Shipping & Collection

Clients are responsible for all shipping charges. Alternatively, sneakers can be collected from the studio by prior arrangement.

7. Care Instructions

Customised sneakers are for casual wear only. Avoid abrasion. Do not machine wash, spot clean with a sneaker cleaner.

8. Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the studio. Clients may not replicate or reproduce the design for resale without express written permission.

Wearable Art & Jackets

1. Jackets/ Fabric Sourcing

Clients may provide their own denim jackets for customization.

Alternatively, we can recommend suitable options and share product links. Jackets can also be ordered directly to our studio upon request.

3. Timeline

Each custom jacket typically requires 2 to 3 weeks for completion from the date of design confirmation and jacket delivery to the studio.

4. Design Process

All artworks are customized as per the client’s preferences. We work closely to ensure alignment with your vision, but minor artistic interpretation is part of the creative process.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once the design has been finalised and painting has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Care Instructions

Hand-painted jackets are delicate and should be spot cleaned. Light machine washing wash to preserve the artwork.

7. Copyright & Reproduction

We retain the right to photograph and share images of completed jackets for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Reproducing or replicating the artwork for resale or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

8. Liability

While utmost care is taken during the process, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear- and-tear on client-provided jackets.
